Our work is held to the highest professional standards. Fees are charged only when services meet those standards. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work—independent of the outcome of your case—you will not be obligated to pay professional fees (reasonable out-of-pocket expenses remain reimbursable). Should you have any concern, we ask that you notify us within 30 days of receiving an invoice so we may promptly address it. We view accountability as an essential part of excellence.
